My Local Market

For a million years (I grossly exaggerate, lol) I always worked Saturdays and never got the chance to peruse through local Farmers Markets to hunt down local treasures.  If you know me, you know that I detest Bars, Clubs, Malls, etc.  Me?  I’m a simple gal that would rather be in the Kitchen cookin’ up a storm or having a lazy picnic on a Sunday afternoon.  My weekends are best spent with people I love sharing yummy food over a new table or mine.

I still work Saturdays but the awesome thing is that recently, a new local Market was introduced into Town and it’s open on other days besides Saturday.  Pro: Now I get to experience the Farmers Market on a not-Saturday
Con: I still miss the Sugary Cereal High + Saturday Morning Cartoons.

Here’s all the good stuff!

I bought some Potatoes and made these later that night:

Ridunkulously Simple:
Cut into Wedges, Drizzle with Olive Oil, Sprinkle with Salt, Pepper, and Crushed Dried Rosemary…bake at 375 for 25-ish min = Yum, Yum!

Wistfully wishing for a Bowl of Fruity Pebbles that makes your Milk Pink…

Squishy Monster =D
