Mango Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, cubed
- ¼ c vidalia onion
- 2 tb extra virgin olive oil
- ½ ts smoked paprika or cayenne (optional)
- Salt and pepper
- Water
Instructions
- Blitz everything in a processor/blender. Tip in enough water to obtain a desirable consistency.
