Chocolate Pumpkin Pancakes {With Salted Caramel & Whipped Cream}
These are probably my favorite sweet indulgence at breakfast right now. They have golden crispy edges, a fluffy custardy center with melting shards of dark chocolate, swirling into a sinful sticky mess when draped with salted caramel sauce and topped with a fluffy dollop of vanilla scented whipped cream.

I had it that way this morning and I can say, just as yummy!!

As good as these look, I think I’ll stick with the protein pancakes that I should be eating for breakfast.
I love that you can have dessert in the morning and call it breakfast! Somehow I don’t feel as justified eating a piece of pie (though I’ve been known to do it) as I do eating pancakes slathered with syrup/whipped cream/etc. These look faaaabulous, dahling. I wonderful morning indulgence.
Try add some browned butter with the salted caramel, it blown up my taste buds,
i guess you’ll lovin it too….
