You talk about an anti-inflammatory tea. What all is it good for? I am curious for my family members who have pain and refuse to over-use over the counter medicines for it.
Hi, Sarah! It’s a simple brew of fresh organic ginger and turmeric roots {I always eyeball the quantities}. I stew it low and slow but the most helpful ingredient I feel, is the manuka honey {same one from my favorites line up in the video} that I add to it later when serving. It’s been great for J’s herniated disc.
yUmmmm!
i could ship u some ingredients from NY if u wanted. there are some asian stores around here with some i think are kind of weird things. hehe
Love to try that non-dairy based dessert. Tastes just like ice cream, wow! Indeed, worthy of indulgence, thanks for sharing
Ya know, I’ve been to China town literally a zillion times but NEVER central park? BOO!
central park is nice..but no food shops..only a few restaurants + a la carte spots. mostly just a park to lounge around.
I like all kinds of Asians
