Oreo Truffles

Serves: 15-25 Truffles
Ingredients
- 20 oreos {chocolate or vanilla}
- 4 oz room temperature cream cheese
- 1½ c melted chocolate {white or bittersweet}
Instructions
- In a food processor {or by hand}, crush all the cookies and cream it together with the soft cream cheese.
- Scoop out tablespoons and roll into balls.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 30 second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each solid cookie ball into the melted chocolate and allow to set on wax/parchment. Decorate with sprinkles while wet if desired.
Notes
Does not include chilling time.
