Coconut Macaroons
There are several reasons I enjoy these cookies. First, I’m a fan of all coconut products. Then, there’s the fact that they’re slightly crisp on the edges yet soft and chewy in the center. Plus, they’re easy peasy, just using one bowl and come together in no time at all. Try these today because you’re only 15 minutes away from start to finish.

I love all things coconut! These look great.
Me too, me too! I love macaroons more than macarons simply because I can resist anything coconut. These look awesome, Angela.
It has been so long since I made these I forgot how easy the are to make. Your macaroons looks so yummy.
I could become a serious fan as well!

Thank you, Les! Have a happy and safe weekend!
These look fantastic Angela! I love all things coconut too and would not be able to resist a batch of these for sure! The chocolate drizzle is such a lovely touch too:)
Oh, yes. Crazy for coconuts (and cocowater) over here, too!
As always you make excellent videos! I love macaroons (macarons too!), and they are so easy to make. As a coconut lover myself too, I can snack on it anytime. The chocolate drizzle is a must! YUM!
Hi Squishy Monster!
I would love to make this for guests coming over the weekend.
is 1.5 ounces of egg white equivalent to two egg whites?
take care!
Hello! Since all eggs {depending on size} weigh a bit differently, I’d highly recommend weighing them with a scale, digital if possible. You can find them very inexpensively all over the place {online as well}. Good luck and have a great weekend!!
