Happy Summer!
Here is my personal list of essential things to eat and make this Summer.
Turkish Ice Cream
Stretchy but tastes just like ice cream and how happy does mustache man look? I could look that happy eating this.
Kulfi, an eggless Indian ice cream. My friend Nik @abrowntable has a great recipe for one!
Halo-Halo aka “mix-mix” a popular Filipino treat made of shaved ice, sweet beans, fruits, evaporated milk, purple yam ice cream and etc.
The Gobbler from BigGayIceCream…Thanksgiving in your mouth! No (or) necessary for me…I want all of it!!
With entirely too much to choose from, I’m super excited to hunt down The King of Pops. The problem here is how I’ll pick just one with unique flavors like cucumber jalapeno margarita, lavender milk and honey, or pear cardamom to choose from.
And if it’s way too hot to venture outside, never fear! There are several ways to beat the heat in your own home.
Or my bubble tea, key lime cheesecake milkshake, or lavender lemonade.
No matter how you do it, enjoy Summer (I hear it only comes around once a year)
Happy Summer Solistice!
Love,
Your Squishy Monster ^.~

Happy Summer, Squishy!
I hear that Turkish Ice Cream calling my name. Oh wait, there are echoes in the background, they are all calling my name!
Enjoy and thank you for sharing…
The Turkish ice-cream looks crazy! How I miss the shaved ice-cream… I had it only once in my life but it was unforgettable. Thanks for sharing all the summer delights.
Thanks for the mention, I’d send you some if I could figure out to ship frozen kulfi!
Happy summer to you too girlfriend!! All the sweet treats look so yummy. I made rhubarb sorbet recently and it was yummy. I would love to have the cucumber jalapeño margarita right about now!!
Happy summer. I celebrated by eating 1/2 pint of gelato. Would love to sample one of each.
oooohhhh yeah! ice cream
Wonderful summer frozen treats! My favourite is of course kulfi! But how crazy is that Turkish ice cream? And that Filipino sundae looks to die for…if you like that, you would love the Pakistani falooda…fruits and nuts, jello, sweet spaghetti strands and kulfi. Yum!
